Melissa Marcus

Melissa is a licensed real estate broker with Slifer Smith & Frampton in Aspen, Colorado. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, with a major in Finance and Real Estate. Born and raised in Aspen, Colorado, Melissa comes from a family that has been in the Aspen real estate business for over 40 years. Her father is a long-time developer in the Aspen area and her mother buys, remodels and sells Aspen properties.

Melissa is passionate about the Aspen lifestyle and enjoys participating in all the wonderful activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, tennis and golf, and spending time with family and friends. As a result of growing up in Aspen she has been able to develop many long-lasting relationships and contacts in the valley, giving her a huge advantage. Along with this, she is very familiar with and knowledgeable about the market up and down the valley and her highly intuitive nature will enable her to match her clients with the perfect property for them.
