Maggie Cohen Botha

Maggie Cohen Botha is a Phoenix native. She attended Xavier College Preparatory where she led her high school tennis team to three state victories. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Special Education. During her time at the University of Arizona, she played on the Women’s Tennis Team and was named Salutatorian of the graduating student athletes in 2018. Through U of A tennis, she met her college sweetheart, Trent Botha, of Cape Town, South Africa. They married in April of 2021 and are expecting their first child in December of 2022. Maggie, a special education teacher of four years, is very involved in her community and as a member of Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club, she enjoys volunteering and serving local children’s charities.

Maggie has always been passionate about real estate, in fact, one of her favorite things as a child was to help her mom set up open houses. She has always enjoyed searching online for “dream homes” for her friends and herself has hoped to make this fun hobby into a reality. Maggie’s tireless work ethic, strong organizational skills and passion for helping others will truly make the buying and selling process as smooth and effortless as possible for future buyers and sellers.
