Linda Heffernan

Linda brings a rare combination of analytical and creative skills in her sales associate role at Turpin. Her success is based on facing challenges head-on, whether it's envisioning a home's full potential using her artistic eye for home staging or negotiating unforeseen issues using highly effective problem-solving methods. One of the most satisfying aspects of her sales associate position is summed up in Linda's own words: “It's that moment when all the moving parts click and you know– and your clients realize–that their real estate goals are uncompromisingly yours as well.” With her positive attitude and collaborative work style, it's not surprising that clients and co-workers often remark on Linda's genuine interest in meeting new people.

Linda works as a team with Bryan Seavey in the Mendham Office, offering buyers and sellers goal-oriented service. Together, they have won a loyal following of repeat clients who rely on their outstanding levels of support and open communication.

Before becoming a Realtor in 2006, she had a successful career in the corporate world as a senior systems analyst for Oracle, an analyst/lead-systems conversion team leader for AT&T Credit Corporation, an accounting supervisor for Jackson Voice Data and a staff accountant for Finkle & Co. P.A. This impressive resume dovetails with her expertise in home staging, interior design and decorating. Another creative outlet is her ongoing interest in drama; she is a few classes away from a BFA degree in theater.

Married with two grown children, three adult step-children and two grandsons, Linda moved to Mendham in 2001 and now currently resides in Madison. She is originally from Franklin Lakes in Bergen County. She is a member of Roxiticus Golf Club. Linda has a B.S. degree in Accounting/Finance from Montclair State University.
