Kristin Harrington

With her strong background in sales and marketing, Kristin is a welcome addition to the Chatham Office. She entered the real estate field in 2007 after a retail career and has found great success in matching buyers to the right home and assisting sellers with the transaction process. A lifetime resident of Morris County, she is well-informed about local schools, neighborhoods, commuting options, architectural styles and price ranges. Her inquisitive nature and reputation as a self-starter make her a popular choice among buyers and sellers.

Before she developed her expertise in residential real estate, Kristin worked in Washington, D.C. department stores as a buyer at Hecht's and assistant buyer at Woodward & Lothrop. She was also a cosmetics buyer for Bergdorf Goodman in New York City and an account executive for Clinique's southern Virginia territory. This multi-faceted background sharpened Kristin's communication, organizational and management skills, talents that she uses every day at Turpin.

A resident of Chatham since 1999, Kristin grew up in Mendham and is a graduate of West Morris Mendham High School. She holds a BS degree in fashion merchandising and design from the University of Rhode Island. Kristin is closely involved in a number of local organizations including membership in the New Jersey Chapter of Operation Smile, Chatham High School Athletic Boosters and Spring Brook TWIG (a division of the Women's Association of Morristown Medical Center). She is a trustee and member of Spring Brook Country Club serving as Chair of both the House Committee and Membership Committee. An avid golfer, she is a member of Baltusrol Golf Club and the Women's Metropolitan Golf Association.

Married for 24 years to her husband David, the couple has a teenage son. In addition to her passion for golf, she enjoys skiing, cooking, fitness, travel abroad and vacation trips to Kiawah Island, South Carolina.
