Kevin’s clients are both homeowners and home buyers who are looking for that next perfect home as well as individual investors and real estate investment companies. All of Kevin’s clients draw on his experience to maximize the opportunities that are unique to the Beach Communities. Kevin has a large volume of transactional experience in the market area of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, Torrance, Palos Verdes, Playa Vista and the surrounding cities that allows him to provide the best in service and market knowledge to all whom he is privileged to help. Kevin is a member of Redondo Beach Union High School’s class of 1976. After a degree from El Camino College he began his career as a chief accounts manager and estimator for one of southern California’s largest framing businesses. Before embarking on his Real Estate career, Kevin finished out his years in the building industry as the senior project manager for a local residential development firm, building single family homes and townhouses throughout Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach. Always being in the housing industry, it was a natural progression to establish his business as a Realtor in the market he knows so well.
