Kathy, a Broker/Sales Associate working as a realtor since 1984, joined Turpin's Far Hills' office in 1990.

Kathy started her real estate career specializing in land and new construction, working primarily with builders in their search for land. She participated in the building process, beginning with the initial land purchase, then meeting with architects regarding the home design, and ultimately marketing the completed residential package. This background has laid the foundation for a successful career with Turpin, consistently being a member of Turpin's Million Dollar Sales Club. Her many years with Turpin have naturally broadened the scope of her real estate expertise. Kathy's experience now ranges from charming antique homes to new construction, from intimate townhomes to multimillion dollar estate properties – culminating in a transaction which was one of the highest recorded sales in Peapack Gladstone.

Having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, Kathy began a career as a social worker and became a head copywriter for a mass marketing insurance company. Her education and past positions have been invaluable in her interaction with all her clients. Whatever aspect of real estate Kathy represents, she is always detail oriented, highly conscientious and offers expert advice. Based on a successful record of representing premier properties, you can be assured that Kathy will attend personally and enthusiastically to every detail in the marketing of your home.

Aside from her many accomplishments in real estate, Kathy has also had wonderful success in raising her two sons and takes great pride in their accomplishments.

Kathy has lived in the Somerset Hills locale for over thirty years. She resided in Basking Ridge where she raised her family, then in Bernardsville, and presently has settled in Far Hills. She also lived abroad in Europe and has traveled extensively both in Europe and North Africa. In her spare time she enjoys reading, running, and traveling.
