Kat is a fifth generation Washingtonian. She is the seventh of nine children, the mother of two (Marcus and Alexandra), mother-in-law to Jason, and proud grandmother of 4. Everyone still lives close by!
Except for her college years, Kat has lived in Washington her entire life. For the past 30+ years, she has lived in Bethesda. Families and homes have always fascinated her and in 1990, she left a successful corporate career in marketing at MCI International and decided to turn her fascination into a new career.
By 1991, Kat was Rookie of the Year, thanks to loyal friends who turned into her first clients. She has been recognized with Top Producing status ever since. Kat is organized, thorough, and timely, determined and competitive, she knows current market trends and works doggedly to keep her clients priorities first.
