Joni Renee

After traveling the world, rock climbing through Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, Joni Renee decided there is no place like Boulder and established her home in the Rockies. Drawn to Colorado for the mountains and four seasons, she says Colorado is her “one true love.”

Born into a family of real estate investors and brokers, with both grandfathers investing across the state of New York, and her maternal grandfather an active architect/developer of commercial and residential real estate; Joni’s experience with real estate started early. Both of Joni’s parents were real estate brokers, and today, she proudly carries on as the third generation of this family trade.

Joni has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Florida Atlantic University. At 21 years old and already interested in real estate, Joni bought her first house while attending University, planning to become a Realtor. Because the market crashed, Joni took a right turn to get a Master’s degree from Middlesex University in London, quickly returning to Colorado to start her real estate career as the market stabilized.

Joni’s ten years of real estate experience is unique because she actively invests in residential properties along the Front Range with a long-term, buy and hold strategy. She is involved in the dynamic market she serves so she can put herself in her client’s shoes, and pass on her experience and learning to the people that look to her for professional guidance.
