Johanna comes to Turpin with years of experience, having started in real estate in 1986, bringing her clients a distinctive background that focuses on relocation. Her solid knowledge of the communities she serves in Union, Morris and Somerset Counties is a wonderful asset. Before joining Turpin, Johanna assisted executives transferring into the area from Europe, Asia and across the United States. In her roles with Area Consultants and McCullough Associates, she would first establish her customers' needs, and then go on to research specific locales, create tours of the region and develop an action plan to see that housing goals were met. She worked closely with the real estate community, coordinating her efforts with trusted Realtors as she managed the relocation process on her clients' behalf. Assuming a leadership role in the corporate world came easily to Johanna, who successfully managed and supervised accounts as she cultivated new business. She is an expert at providing outstanding customer service, responding to daily requests, and supervising multiple accounts. Her vast professional background with a major corporation serves as an ideal foundation for Johanna's current sales associate position in the Bernardsville Office. Deeply connected to her community as a volunteer and participant in many organizations, Johanna was a twelve year appointed member of the Zoning Board of Morristown. Over the years she has been involved with numerous deserving organizations including the following in Morristown: the Morris Museum of Arts and Sciences; the Starlight Ball Committee for the Community Theatre of Morristown; the Irish-American Cultural Institute; the Kellogg Club; the Woman's Club and Macculloch Hall Historical Museum. Johanna is also associated with the New Jersey Visual Arts Center in Summit, the New Jersey Audubon Society in Mendham, and is a contributing member of the Montclair Museum. Having grown up in the area, Johanna can field questions about local school districts, recreational facilities, cultural events and more with confidence. She is a graduate of Mount St. John Academy in Gladstone, Summit High School and the County College of Morris. She is presently a part-time student studying for her bachelor's degree in studio art from St. Elizabeth's College in Convent Station. A resident of Florham Park, Johanna and her husband, Michael, enjoy spending time with their two daughters and five granddaughters. Johanna welcomes the opportunity to share her broad-based real estate knowledge and personal insights with each client. Known for her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her professional life, Johanna consistently delivers positive results for buyers and sellers.
