Joe Aronstamn has successfully represented clients ranging from real estate developers to first time home buyers. In 1999 Joe formed ACI, Inc, a company engaged in real estate development. His experience as a developer gives Joe that extra edge when assessing a property, and he has a team of service providers behind him to make sure the job gets done the right way, from painting to flooring to staging. He specializes in getting a property ‘up to speed’ in order to command the highest sales price in today’s competitive market. He was honored with acceptance in both Long & Foster’s Director’s Club and President’s Club for successful agents.
Joe’s lived in Washington, DC since 1978, so he really knows this city and its close in suburbs such as Montgomery County, Maryland. He is a graduate of The American University, graduating with a B.A. in Psychology. Whether its a client with The World Bank or a struggling artist, his skills and experience enable Joe to meet the challenges in today’s complex real estate market and get the most for his clients.
