Jeremy Pratt in Nassau, The Bahamas

Jeremy Pratt has an extensive history in the technology and communications space along with his recently discovered focus on the luxury real estate market.
He was employed as a technician with BaTelCo then BTC between the years 1988 through 2011 and as an IT Technician at Diamonds International. His passion for innovation and real estate spurred him to become an apprentice at the Darville Wong Realty Company between 2019 and 2020 then onto BahamaLand Realty between the years 2020 through 2022. After obtaining his Real Estate License in 2022, he entered the luxury market and has been making waves within this sector at MAISON Bahamas since October 2022.
Jeremy’s passion is for the equipping of Bahamian people, with particular interest in the Saints to become owners of real wealth, ‘real estate’. He believes and teaches that this is a tool of income and security and can be left as an inheritance. His niche is the luxury real estate sales and rental market and his goal is to become a developer of communities with a focus on Bahamians who want to live a good life.
