Jean-Charles DEZELLUS

After 8 years of experience in high-end real estate in Paris at Vaneau, then in Nantes at Barnes, Jean-Charles joined Groupe Mercure in 2020 as Associate Director of the Nantes – Pays de La Loire agency.

A graduate of real-estate professions (Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières de Paris), Jean-Charles has enriched his expertise in the negotiation of high-end properties, project management and business development.

His priority with his team: to put at the service of buyers and owners, his real estate expertise, his listening skills and his ability to advise.

Attracted by ambitious projects and passionate about architectural heritage, he joined the Mercure Group in order to promote the brand and its values in Nantes and throughout the Pays de la Loire.
