Jacqueline Walters

Jackie Walters has lived in beautiful Santa Barbara for almost forty years, having relocated from her native England in 1980. Her professionalism, attention to detail and positive attitude have earned her an excellent reputation with her peers, as well as with her many repeat clients over the past 23 years as a Realtor. She has sold all types of properties – from downtown bungalows to foothill estates, and from condos to oceanfront acreage.
When working with clients, Jacqueline’s first objective is to listen and fully understand their goals. Jacqueline will then offer her guidance and recommendations, and a plan of action is established based upon her wide knowledge and experience in pre-sale actions, marketing, negotiation and successful closing of the sale. Jackie is especially known for her close communication with buyers and sellers, as the sales process evolves, detailing her activities on their behalf.
