As a Real Estate Advisor with Coastal Properties Group, she is thrilled to help clients navigate the home buying and selling journey, combining her eye for design with deep knowledge of construction and space planning.
Hevelyn holds a PhD in Design Theory and has an extensive academic background, including a Master’s degree from the University of Utah and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Studio Art. She has taught architecture and design at several universities in Brazil and the U.S., sharing her expertise in studio, theory, and 3D modeling.
Her career spans roles in design studios and construction firms across Brazil, the U.S., and Canada. In addition to her professional practice, Hevelyn is a passionate visual artist, with work exhibited in galleries throughout Florida. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to guide clients with clarity, creativity, and confidence—whether they’re looking for a dream home or preparing a property for market.
