Helene Xu has always had a passion for real estate, making it into a career was a natural choice for her. She understands buying a home is one of the most important investments in people’s lives and makes it a priority to listen to her clients, understand their needs, and present them with an ideal solution. Throughout the time in the real estate industry, Helene was known for her warm personality, ability to adapt, and determination to deliver. She sets high standards for herself and is devoted to being a knowledgeable agent.

Prior to her career in real estate, Helene was a successful business owner who founded, managed and sold her startup company. Her former experience as an entrepreneur and in project management taught her how to work with people under high pressure and expectations. Before having her own business for 7 years, she completed her MBA degree and worked at a top management consulting firm, where she was highly recognized for her client-facing skills and analytical abilities.

Helene has been in the tri-state area for more than 15 years and currently resides in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Having grown up in a large Chinese city, she relishes the vibrant energy of urban metropolitans. At the age of 18, she visited NYC for the first time and realized there was no better place for her to call home.

In her leisure time, Helene enjoys spending time with family and friends traveling, cooking, and doing charity work. Or, you may spot her strolling around the city alone just for fun, like the girls in one of her favorite shows, Sex and the City.
