Heather Chase

Heather Chase has worked in the real estate, property management, and lodging industry in Telluride since moving to town after completing her B.A. in Business Administration at Washington State University in 2007. Prior to joining Telluride Real Estate Corp., Heather worked as the business manager and a broker with a small local real estate firm for nearly a decade. She has also worked at a large franchised real estate company as the operations administrator and with a worldwide vacation rental company known for their high-end services. Heather joined the team at TREC to leverage the Forbes network of advisors, the dynamic technology, and the truly local expertise offered by the other brokers that are part of the company. As a Telluride real estate broker Heather’s goal is to help clients enjoy the area to the fullest by helping them to find a property that best fits their lifestyle as well as answer any questions they may have about the area or the property buying & selling process. Heather is a level 2 CrossFit coach and a regular volunteer at local festivals & non-profit fundraising events; having worked closely with the Telluride Aids Benefit, Telluride MountainFilm, the Ride Fest, Telluride Film Festival, and Telluride Blues & Brews. When not working or volunteering, Heather enjoys lifting weights, going on hikes with her dog, and traveling with her husband, Chris.
