Guide Real Estate

Growing up in Land Park in a real estate family, I remember my dad knocking on doors in our neighborhood and stopping to talk with anyone wherever we went. In 2005, I was working in construction, serving tables and taking classes at Sacramento City College when I received my real estate license and went to work for Dad and his company WA Broker. I continued on to complete my B.S. in Business Administration and Finance at Sacramento State in 2010, and then I took a break from real estate to work full time managing the Monkey Bar and Cafe Bernardo Midtown. I met a lot of great people managing there and then the Cafe Bernardo in Davis and finally managing Hock Farm Craft and Provisions on L St. in Downtown Sacramento.

In 2014, I left the restaurant business and started working again at WA Broker to help clients with residential and income producing properties in Land Park, East Sac, Tahoe Park and surrounding areas. In 2020, I joined up with Keller Williams Realty to grow my business, and at the end of 2020 my brokerage took off on its own as Guide Real Estate. I’m fortunate to have built so many invaluable relationships with different industry professionals over the years. I love that my work introduces me to so many new people and I get to share all the remarkable features of Sacramento with them.
