Born and raised in Vero Beach, Gracie Martin comes from a lineage of Vero Beach Realtors. Gracie joined her grandmother, Barbara Parent, and her aunt Marni Parent-Howder to serve Vero Beach with their combined 52+ years of experience. Barbara has years of success as a Broker/Realtor and Marni has a vast background in the residential lending market.
Gracie graduated from Vero Beach High School where she was heavily involved in the lacrosse team, prioritizing leadership on and off the field. In college, Gracie was an extremely active member in her sorority, Delta Delta Delta and served many positions for the chapter throughout her collegiate years. Gracie was drawn to Tri Delta due to their immense philanthropy efforts towards St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2020, Gracie returned to what she calls her “piece of paradise.” Growing up in the local community, Gracie has always had an interest in Vero Beach real estate. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications and a minor in Mass Media. As a third generation Realtor, Gracie contributes her young and energetic personality into a well-rounded team with her family.
Highly motivated, Gracie is detail-oriented, deadline driven and enthusiastic. As the Realtors Association of Indian River County 2023 “Rookie of the Year” , Gracie looks forward to the future of Vero Beach real estate and hopes to continue her family’s legacy. With a side passion of home design, she is able to help her clients envision the
potential a home has. Gracie will focus on residential real estate throughout Vero Beach’s mainland and barrier island.
Gracie has always loved Vero Beach and what it has to offer. As one of the youngest agents at Dale Sorensen Real Estate, Gracie is passionate about Vero Beach and wants others to see it through her eyes. In her free time, Gracie can be found on the boat with family and friends, in her kitchen creating new recipes or building a healthy lifestyle at the gym.
