Gerard Sonnier

With a lifelong love for skiing, Gerard made the move to Aspen over 5 years ago. With roots in the south, Gerard always planned to return home, however, he soon realized he had no intention of leaving. An appreciation for living an active outdoor lifestyle and the friendly, inclusive community of Aspen has kept him here. He truly believes this valley provides a lifestyle that can’t be found anywhere else. One of his favorite aspects of his career is helping people find their own piece of Aspen to call home. He is known by his peers and clients for his excellent interpersonal skills, his ability to handle stressful situations with poise, and his exceptionally approachable professional disposition.

Outside of real estate, Gerard can be found mountain biking throughout the valley, finding powder stashes on Aspen Mountain in the winter, and when he travels out of Aspen, he heads to Mexico to surf in the San Jose del Cabo area.
