She has worked with properties that needed structural work, obtained various buildings’ Certificate of Occupancy’s, as well as satisfy other Department of Building Open Permit requirements. Gabriella graduated from Rutgers University, cum laude, with a BS in Accounting. She worked at Deloitte in Audit & Capital Records in Private Accounting prior to transitioning into real estate. She also spent four years in commercial real estate where she represented customers such as Mind Share, Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Mintz Levin LLC, and MTV.
