Flor began her real estate career in 2002.
During her first year as an agent she incorporated and trademarked Leyva Inmuebles.
Since the beginning of her career she developed a considerable client portfolio which has allowed
her to list many luxury properties in high-end markets. Due to the success of these transactions
and her strong interpersonal skills, she has been able to reach more investors, developers, clients
and agents that represent a network that has been consolidating for the last 20 years.
Golf has been her passion for the last 40 years and in several instances the sport has become a
