I have been in the business of bringing buyers and sellers together since 2005 and can’t possibly think of anything more fulfilling than to help others realize and achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

I have been with Long & Foster Realtors since the start of my career. For 2013, I’m the #1 Long & Foster Realtor in all of Loudoun County. That same year, I closed over $20 million in sales and was recognized by being the only recipient of Long & Foster Realtor’s Masters Club award in Loudoun County along with recognition in REALTrends as one of the top 1,000 Realtors in the United States, ranking 58th in all of the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, DC-VA-MD-WV Metropolitan Area by volume among all my Realtor® peers. REALTrends is a consulting and communications company for the residential real estate industry and has been widely known as the trusted source for data, news, and trends for the residential real estate. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Dulles Area Association of Realtors.

I hold many other designations that demonstrate my proficiency with specific real estate topics as detailed below.

Seller Representative Specialist: This designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.

Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification: REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification have the necessary knowledge and tools to maneuver through short sale and foreclosure processes. With their comprehensive training, an SFR has the ability to represent either the seller or buyer during the distressed property transaction and see it through.

Accredited Buyer’s Representative: Per the National Association of Realtors (rebac.net/home-buying/FAQ), an agent with the ABR® designation has “completed advanced training and has proven experience in serving the special needs of buyer-clients. In addition to knowing the dynamics of their local market, an ABR® designated buyer’s rep can help you make informed decisions throughout the entire home buying process. An ABR® is also a REALTOR® (a member of NAR) and must abide by a strict Code of Ethics.”

e-PRO: According to the National Association of Realtors (epronar.com/about-e-pro), the NAR “developed the e-PRO® certification program to teach [Realtors] how to effectively use real estate technology to grow their business” which in turn allows them to best serve their buyer and seller clients.
