Eric LOUVET

Eric Louvet has a master’s degree in law in Paris.
He began his career as a parliamentary collaborator at the National Assembly and the European Parliament.
Then he was research officer of a major supplementary social protection Group.

Eric joined Groupe Mercure in 2003, after marrying Sabine de RAIGNIAC, one of the founder’s nieces, to create and develop Groupe MERCURE Bourgogne Franche-Comté agency. He was thus able to combine his legal expertise with his passion for history and heritage by helping many buyers in their quest of owning a chateau, a beautiful house, a manor house, vineyards or hunting estates as well as beautiful apartments or private mansion in Dijon, Besançon, Mâcon, Auxerre, etc …
