I provide my Buyers with my professional opinions on neighborhood, school districts, quality of the home as well as insider knowledge of the current MLS inventory as well as off market offerings. I present Buyers with strategic plans of the process – from loan qualification, the home search, through escrow, inspections, repair negotiations and finish with closing and celebration and post close communication.
