Elisa is responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and building a detailed information database. Her professional background has always been in marketing. Her greatest strength is her sense of responsibility: give her a task, and she’ll complete it with the utmost seriousness and commitment. She’s also a skilled communicator, fluent not only in Italian, but also in Spanish and English.
Martina is one of the youngest members of the team at Immobiliare Z.B. She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Languages, Literature, and International Communication, with a specialization in English and Russian. Her academic journey led her to live, study, and work in Stockholm for nine months — an experience that enriched her both personally and professionally. Her entry into the real estate world happened by chance but quickly turned into a true passion. What Martina values most about her work is the constant opportunity for growth and the chance to learn something new every day.
Roberta is the Office Manager at Immobiliare Z.B. Her responsibilities are wide-ranging: from HR management to strategic decision-making, from coordinating office dynamics to client interaction, handling documentation, overseeing the budget, and problem-solving. Roberta is deeply committed to the company and gives it her all—without ever watching the clock. Outside of work, she’s passionate about sports — especially sailing, which sees her spending nearly every weekend at sea. For Roberta, Immobiliare Z.B. means happiness: it’s where she discovered what it means to go to work with enthusiasm—an energy that infuses every aspect of her role.
