Don Defenthaler began selling real estate on the Treasure Coast in 1981 soon after graduating from the University of Florida where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. He married his wife Victoria in 1984 and they raised their 3 children in Martin County.
Don became a Certified General Real Estate appraiser. This provided him his expertise in valuing everything from mobile homes to mansions. He has personally appraised over 7,000 properties within a 30-mile radius of Stuart, Florida. Don’s vast appraisal experience enables him to price properties to maximize the selling price for his customers. He is also an experienced negotiator and has made it his mission to obtain the best possible price for each of his customers whether they are buying or selling.
Don is a multi-faceted Real Estate Agent with experience not only with waterfront & non-waterfront homes and condos, but also with multi-family, commercial investment properties as well as vacant land. In addition, he has experience in building construction and remodeling having built and flipped dozens of properties.
