Denni K Keyes

Born and raised here on the Big Island of Hawai’i from the cool country town of Kamuela then to the quaint and cozy town of Hawi, my love and gratitude for our beautiful island is ever growing and constant. With generations of family members deeply rooted in our State and Island, I’ve made it my mission to not only help my clients find their Hawai’i Life but more importantly, to understand and connect with the spirit of the land, the community, and the culture.

My appreciation and love for the Real Estate industry and desire to make a difference, started over a decade ago. I was fortunate to have gained many valuable relationships, learn through a vast array of high-volume experiences, and hone my expertise for over 10 years working in Hawaii’s Title and Escrow industry.

The experience, background and knowledge in the Title and Escrow process together with localized insight and understanding allows me to guide and support clients from the very beginning to years afterwards. I am actively working for my clients by consistently and clearly communicating, listening and being attentive to their goals and needs, and building long-term relationships with respect and understanding. I bring a diverse set of skills with precise attention to detail, solution focused thinking, and a friendly, calm demeanor.

My husband and I are raising our three children in North Kohala where we ourselves were raised. We were fortunate to have the opportunity to build a new, custom home in this small community that we love. The experience of building and constructing a new home ourselves in addition to navigating all of the other factors that come with the process, has definitely made us appreciate the value and time that goes into homes in Hawai’i!

In my free time, I love spending quality time with my family adventuring, enjoying time at the beach, being outdoors, playing games and anything surrounding food! I love watching and playing sports, singing and playing music and I can easily get lost within the pages of an amazing book!
