Dawn Kirschner

Dawn has called Pfafftown home since 1999 along with her husband John. She has 2 grown boys who are happily married and 2 grandchildren. When they moved to the Winston-Salem area, they made exploring the community an adventure, from discovering different neighborhoods to enjoying wineries, visiting places of faith, and being involved in her children’s school and sports. Growing up in a military family afforded Dawn the opportunity to live in a variety of places including California, Wisconsin, Virginia, Georgia, Indiana, and Kansas, but North Carolina is definitely home. When asked why Pfafftown is so endearing, Dawn points to the irreplaceable relationships her family has developed with her neighbors, the positive influence of the schools on their boys, the safe and beautiful Pfafftown environment, and all the Winston-Salem community has to offer.
