David Konheim is deeply entrenched in Southern California’s real estate world, and has been from a young age. The grandson of famed Los Angeles real estate developer and philanthropist George Konheim, he sits at the intersection of integrity, candor, a keen understanding of how to better his community from a policy lens, and a deep background in emerging real estate trends.

Prior to joining Hilton & Hyland, he served as Vice President at Buckeye Properties LLC, a real estate development firm based in Beverly Hills. Buckeye is one of the best-known real estate development companies in Los Angeles, having owned and developed over two million square feet of commercial real estate.

Konheim donates a considerable portion of his time to philanthropic causes he is passionate about, including organizations such as Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services, where he is both a Board Member and co-founder of the Leadership Council and the Rotary Club of Beverly Hills, where he is a Board Member and Chair of the International Service Committee. He is also a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy and proudly supports the Tower Cancer Research Foundation, the Mattel Children’s Hospital, and the Los Angeles Ballet.

Konheim holds a Master of Arts in International Politics with a concentration in International Security from American University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

A native of the area, he lives in Beverly Hills with his wife and their three kids.
