David gained a Master’s degree in Property Development in 2008 from Nottingham Trent University, qualified as a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2010 and then joined Chestertons Estate Agents (Fulham, London) in 2013.
David takes an active role in analyzing statistical sales data, promoting social media, assists with internal company training and has been featured on Ch4 and BBC1 television documentaries.
Having built strong relationships with his clients, David is known for his enthusiasm, professionalism and business driven results.
In 2023, David was involved in one of the highest value listings in Fulham (asking price £19,600,000) and led a viral social media video campaign informally known as ‘the village in the sky’ located on the banks of The River Thames.
