Dave Flatt

Dave’s hometown is Grand Junction, CO. His family includes wife Shari, two grown children, Kami and Eric, and two grandchildren. After 20 years in banking, Dave joined TREC in 1987. Dave also holds a real estate license in Arizona. He has served on Mountain Village Town Council and as Mayor (1995-2003), Director of Mountain Village Metro District (1990-2004), Chairman of Mountain Village Housing Authority (1987-2005) and Telluride Mountain Village Owners Association Board (1987-2005). Dave’s honors include Telluride Association of Realtors’ Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of his public service and real estate career.
