Dannie is a seasoned Real Estate Professional with extensive experience in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Transaction Managament and Negotiations. As an alumni of FAU, she holds degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration, as well as a minor in Gerontology and has a special place in her heart for the senior demographic. Dannie is a Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist, which means she has gone through extensive training and is well-versed in the areas of retirement, downsizing, decluttering, senior living community options and many other factors the 55 plus market faces. She leads with a servant heart when working with the 55-plus market and understands that making a move, later in life is not an easy transition.

Prior to joining Illustrated Properties, Dannie spent over 16 years working with some of the largest senior living providers in Healthcare, Real Estate and Assest Management.  During this time, she has assisted over 450 families with the transition of selling their home and moving into a Senior Living Community and has represented both buyers, sellers and investors. Her team services St.Lucie, Palm Beach, Brevard County and Broward County with a large network of senior move managers, organizers, designers, elderl aw attorneys and much more.
