Dan Weisinger has been a high-producing Realtor® since he began his real estate career in 2018. Through hard work and dedication to his client’s needs, Dan has successfully grown his business every year. Growing up in the Valley of the Sun, Dan attended Arizona State University and graduated with a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Marketing. Understanding and appreciating the different styles of communication during a real estate transaction has allowed him to flourish during contract negotiations. With a significant background in leadership roles in the restaurant and hospitality industry, it was a natural fit for Dan to quickly excel in the real estate world. Dan established Weisinger Residential with a focus on educating his clients on the benefits of investing in different types of real estate asset classes. As a successful real estate investor himself, Dan finds joy in watching his clients succeed and build their portfolios.

Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures and cuisines. He also established the $100 Dinner Club that gives back to the staff at local restaurants, where you can watch the highlights of this special event on his Instagram account. In his free time, Dan can also be found hiking one of Arizona’s many incredible trails, dining out at a local restaurant, working out, walking his dog Duke, and enjoying some quiet time at their cabin up north.
