Courtney Shelden in Breckenridge, Colorado

Courtney has been serving those in our mountain community since 2015. A graduate of the University of Denver’s Daniel’s School of Business and a collegiate Division I ski racer; Courtney couldn’t deny the pull of the mountains and built her life in Breckenridge.

Her experience in sales and customer service, combined with her extensive area knowledge has made her a trusted real estate advisor within Summit County. Her highest priority is meeting her client’s goals while ensuring their positive experience throughout the process by providing her clients with personalized service, attention to detail, and great care throughout their mountain real estate journey.

As a second-generation real estate broker in Summit County, Courtney is fortunate to have the mentorship of family with over 30+ years of successful real estate transactions and home-building experience. She has enjoyed designing and building several homes with her husband who carries on the family business of Shelden Custom Homes. Courtney’s experience in new construction gives her an eye for added value in homes and keeps her abreast of new trends and materials in design.

When not in the office, you can find Courtney touring her clients around the mountain or directing them to the best après-ski in town. She also loves mountain biking and spending time with her family and young son, Everett.
