Christine's longtime affiliation with Turpin is an asset to buyers and sellers in today's dynamic Somerset Hills marketplace. After moving to Bedminster in 2002, she became a referral agent with Turpin and is now a full-time sales associate in the Far Hills office. Christine began her real estate career during the late 1990s in New York's trendy Tribeca neighborhood, where her clients included some of the entertainment world's top celebrities, actors and singers.

Known for her hard-working approach, keen negotiation skills and friendly personality, Christine truly goes above and beyond for her buyers and sellers. “I will work 24/7 to find the right house for my clients because I want them to be happy,” she says. “I love doing the legwork of seeing houses before taking my buyers there so I don't waste their valuable time.”

Earlier in her career, Christine was a swap, bond and options broker in Toronto, New York City and London. “I was used to working with very aggressive traders and brokers, a situation where I gained excellent negotiation skills,” she notes. “I was not one to lose my cool while negotiating large sums of money, and was able to broker deals with the best of them. This background serves me well in real estate, and my customers can have great confidence in me when it comes to negotiations.”

Originally from Montreal, Canada, and a current resident of Bernardsville, Christine studied at The University of Toronto and Universite Canadienne in Nice, France. She has a nutrition degree from The School of Integrative Health and Nutrition. Christine is a member of the Somerset Hills Country Club where she enjoys a round of golf, and the Essex Hunt Club for paddle tennis and ice hockey. She was a board member of Quintess, a holiday home company specializing in luxury vacation destinations.

Close community ties have won Christine a legion of clients. She and her husband have three daughters and Christine has been a class parent at Albrook, Bedwell, Far Hills Country Day School and The Peck School. Her active lifestyle is reflected in coaching JV girls soccer at The Pingry School, where she served as a captain's parent. She also coached her daughters' teams in the Somerset Hills soccer program for multiple years.

Giving back is another significant aspect of Christine's life. She volunteered at The Matheny School's Recreation Department, teaching students how to play different sports. She has three dogs, one from St. Hubert's which is a favorite charity. Volunteer work at Heartworks– a group devoted to sustaining the kindness that occurred after September 11, 2001–is personal to her family since her husband was in the first tower of the World Trade Center when it was struck.

The decision to join the Far Hills sales team was an easy one for Christine. “Turpin in my opinion is really in a league of their own,” she says. “It is who we have personally chosen to sell and buy our houses, so it's a firm I am proud to be affiliated with.”
