Chad Smith

Chad Smith has been a licensed as a real estate broker in Florida for over 30 years. He has experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Besides being recognized as a top performing agent since early in his career he has also been a real estate educator and managing broker. As a 5th generation Floridian, Chad is very familiar with Florida and all the benefits of living here. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and received a master’s degree in education from the University of South Florida. Chad is a member in good standing with the Pinellas Realtor Organization, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Chad also holds the designation, GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute), which is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation as well as the designation, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation and identifies real estate buyer’s agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.
