Having joined Turpin Real Estate in 1988, her years of experience place Catherine amongst an elite handful of agents who have successfully weathered the cycles of an ever-changing housing market. An agent who works in all price ranges with the track record of a consistent top producer, Catherine's keen eye for details, tireless work ethic and steadfast loyalty to clients has earned her a prominent place in Turpin's Million Dollar Club for every year she has been with the company. Catherine has also been honored with NJAR's Real Estate Gold Million Dollar Sales Award.

A consummate professional, Catherine has received accolades from former clients from all walks of life, for a wide variety of real estate transactions in Somerset, Hunterdon and Morris Counties. Those achievements include an expertise in the sale and marketing of large equestrian properties. Although her listings and sales encompass large farms and landmark properties, a particular joy for Catherine is working with young people who are purchasing their first home. Her track record of successful sales in the tri-county area qualifies her to represent a diverse cross section of buyers and sellers. A call to Catherine ensures that you will be working with an accomplished and devoted real estate professional.

A graduate of Wayne State University, Catherine also holds a Masters Degree in Art History from Rutgers University. Her knowledge of fine art led to a deep appreciation for all styles of residential architecture from historic homes to sophisticated contemporaries.

Living in the Somerset Hills, this Midwesterner by birth was raised in an antique home which kindled a passion for architecture later on in her life. Since 1978 she and her husband have resided on a small horse farm in Bedminster where they raised two daughters. Her experience in equestrian pursuits led to active involvement with the Somerset Hills Pony Club, the Gladstone Driving Event and many charity events for the United States Equestrian Team. She served as District Commissioner of the Somerset Hills Pony Club and as Regional Supervisor for the New Jersey Region of the United States Pony Club. Two of her other interests include the Clarence Dillon Library and Friends of the Shelter, an organization in Somerset County that raises money for battered women.

Catherine enjoys reading with her local book club, studying the stock market, playing bridge and spending time with her husband, two grown daughters and her grandchildren.
