Camilla Affelin

Twenty years ago, Camilla traded the beaches of Sweden for the slopes of Aspen, and became a permanent fixture in the Roaring Fork Valley. Her results-driven approach draws on international experience, and has led to a career rich in innovative problem solving, industry leadership, and, of course, real estate. Before joining Slifer Smith & Frampton, Camilla spent nearly 15 years managing domestic and international projects for Timbers Resorts, a world class luxury developer. This broad exposure has yielded an accomplished record in contracts, closings, and complex transactions. Camilla takes pride in taking on the heavy lifting, letting her clients focus on what matters most. More importantly than her real estate resume, is a close, personal connection with everything the Valley has to offer. Having worked and lived in Aspen, Glenwood Springs, and Carbondale, she’s uniquely fluent in the peaks and valleys of local markets and the nuances of each neighborhood.
