BROOKE BAHAM’s guiding philosophy serves her well every day. “I was always taught that working hard is an expectation, so that’s what I’m wired to do.”
She wears many hats – wife, mother to two active boys, high school guidance counselor, and realtor. Brooke is a high energy person, and she knows how to get results. She holds a BA from Texas State University and a Master’s Degree from Angelo State. While in school at Texas State she was also a Division 1 athlete! “I love that I am making a difference with students and their families, and I bring that same spirit to my real estate business. It is such a joy to help someone find their perfect home and to be involved in that process.”
Brooke is part of a multi-generational family of realtors and builders, and the business is in her blood. Her family traces its origins in the Katy area back before the Civil War, when her forbears began a successful contracting business in the farming community. Each of the succeeding generations has been involved in the building or selling of homes and land. Her great-grandmother was the first female president of the Houston Association of Realtors, and her father has been a remodeling specialist for more than four decades. To say that this Houston native understands the many facets of the real estate business is an understatement.
