Brad Hilderbrand has turned a lifetime of vacationing along the Emerald Coast into a fulfilling real estate career. Inspired by the experience of purchasing his first piece of real estate, he earned his real estate license in 2003. Since then, he’s cultivated a luxury clientele of second-home owners and investors. 

Originally from Gadsden, Alabama, Brad relocated to Destin, Florida, in 2005, and he currently lives with his wife and children in Santa Rosa Beach near 30A. He is a hard-working, ethical family man and is also a Master Mason. In addition to spending time with his family, Brad enjoys almost anything outdoors — particularly hunting and fishing — and living the area’s relaxed beach lifestyle. 

A Southern, family-focused upbringing fostered Brad’s down-to-earth style, which, combined with exceptional communication skills, make him a natural at building rapport and finding common ground with people.
