Ann Grenevitch

Ann Grenevitch is a Michigan native who recently moved to our great state of Colorado after vacationing in Boulder in 2010. She fell in love with the mountain views and the surrounding areas. Prior to her move to Colorado, Ann relocated from Michigan to Lake Forest, IL to teach and manage a pro shop at a prominent country club.

She was offered a position in a sales and marketing role with Fortune 500 company and decided to move to Chicagoland (Chicago Metropolitan Area).

Ann has a craft for baking and is known as “The Cookie Realtor” she opened a full line bakery and started growth/leadership coaching which led her to selling real estate in 2019.

Ann has relocated many times and knows what it’s like to start over. When you meet with Ann, she’ll bring you some of her famous cookies and share the best places to go. Whether it’s a dog park, a beautiful hike, the best golf course, or schools in the neighborhood, she can help!

It’s Ann’s desire to connect people to the area they choose to live, with the lifestyle they want; and to help them connect to the things that will help them grow, have fun, connect, and live well.
