Anja Deichmann

Originally from Munich, Germany, Anja Deichmann came to the United States in 1995. After living in New York City for almost a decade, she moved to Sarasota, Florida and decided to combine her two major interests: real estate and marketing, and obtained her real estate license in 2005.

A couple of years ago, Anja and her husband discovered and explored Colorado, fell in love and shortly after decided to make a move. They keep a home and Anja’s business as a Broker in Sarasota, and she obtained her Colorado license and joined Colorado Landmark, Realtors in 2019.

Anja and her husband enjoy an invigorating yet balanced lifestyle. Anja is family-oriented, a zealous nature and wildlife lover and she has a passion for horses and the equestrian sport. Even though her expertise are mountain and equestrian properties and ranches, Anja always says she truly specializes in her clients and their individual desires, goals and expectations.

Anja holds a degree in communications & marketing, which has proven to be very beneficial for her career in real estate: her current career sales volume consists of more than $300,000,000 and over 300 sales transactions.
