Andrew considers his upbringing in North County San Diego and his high school years at Santa Fe Christian a great gift. He knew from a young age that he wanted to work in the family business as a 3rd generation San Diego real estate agent. After graduating from SMU, Andrew got his start in real estate working as a commercial real estate analyst in Dallas for Altschuler and Company, where he focused on tenant representation for their industrial clients. He is most passionate about his new career in San Diego’s luxury residential market and looks forward to achieving great success while representing clients and friends with honesty and the utmost integrity. The Appleby motto is “It Takes A Family” and Andrew is proud to join his father, Scott Appleby, and aunt, Kerry Appleby Payne in a family tradition of excellence.
