Amy has a passion for real estate that was ignited when she took on the role of Owner-Builder, building two multi-million dollar custom homes, and then diving into the world of value-add flipping. Prior to real estate, Amy spent nearly two decades in corporate healthcare marketing, sales, and executive sales leadership. She began her career in Latin American Operations as a Brand Manager at Kimberly-Clark, then field sales in oncology diagnostics. As a top producer, she was promoted to Sales Trainer and then Vice President of Sales to lead her own team, serving in executive sales leadership positions in several healthcare companies. Her last role before making the move full time to real estate was Senior Vice President of Sales for a leading telemedicine company, where she was responsible for leading a national sales team to negotiate large hospital system contracts.
Amy’s intrinsic drive, hustle, and ability to connect and deliver consistent results to her clients is the differentiator. She believes that the “extra mile” should be the first mile we run, and then we get up and do it again every day. She works with passion, listens and understands the unique goals of her clients, and leaves no stone unturned when pursuing their best interests.
On the personal side, Amy is a lifelong athlete (D1 collegiate runner, former pro triathlete, amateur world champion and 2x national champion duathlete). She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Business & Communications and a Minor in Spanish from Arizona State University, and Magna Cum Laude with a MBA from the University of Georgia. Amy spent two years as a Small Business Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador, so she is also fluent in Spanish.
Amy is grateful to split time between N Scottsdale and Flagstaff with her husband, Paul, and two children, Luca and Ledger. When not buying, selling, building, or flipping real estate in both markets, you can find her playing pickleball or running our gorgeous desert trails!
