Amanda Godlove Erwin

In 2023, Amanda Godlove Erwin ranked #8 out of 905 brokers in Santa Fe. As part of the Duran Erwin Real Estate Group, she and her team produced $82 Million in total sales making them the #1 local team in Santa Fe in 2023.

Having been awarded ”Best of Zillow” seven years in a row, Amanda is among the top 1% of individual brokers that choose to work one-on-one with clients in Santa Fe. She is proud to be affiliated with the Barker Realty office of Forbes Global Properties which gives her early access to unique, world-class properties.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Amanda also holds an MS degree in healthcare administration and an MBA degree from the University of Colorado. Since 2002, she and her husband have been involved in both residential and commercial real estate including development, construction and management projects.

Amanda, a 2023 graduate of “Leadership Santa Fe” is currently a volunteer and supporter of Kitchen Angels and Las Campanas Community Foundation. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy tennis, golf, camping, skiing, hiking with their dog, Indigo, and visiting their adult children in California and Colorado.
