Adam Fraser

A native Californian, Adam Fraser grew up on the Central Coast, worked in Los Angeles for a dozen years, and eventually came to Orange County. As a real estate professional, he now serves San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Alder Ranch, Mission Viejo, and Laguna Beach. He also is a licensed lending officer in 19 states and specializes in purchase financing and refinance. After graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science, Adam was a professional health and fitness trainer for 15 years. He credits that experience for his ability to build personal relationships with clients and collaborate to achieve their goals. Adam takes special pride in providing concierge-level service and professionalism to all his clients, whether they’re wealthy investors, Hollywood stars, or first-time buyers who rely on him to guide them through the real estate process. Honesty and straightforwardness enable Adam to win clients’ trust and help them find the perfect place to call home. In his spare time, Adam enjoys being outside at the beaches, working out, running, and traveling. As a former trainer, he still has a strong desire to connect, educate, and achieve for the personal satisfaction of helping people.
